My name is Aundrea, and I am the founder of Mindset Tutoring. I bring over 15 years of experience as an educator and more than 20 years of experience working with children. My background spans early and middle years education, including classroom teaching, math intervention, and my current role as a school counsellor.

As a numeracy support teacher, I have developed a wide range of customized math programs tailored to meet individual student needs. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent learners and students with diverse abilities.

I am passionate about building strong relationships with students and their families. I value clear communication, individualized support, and meeting each student where they are, while encouraging steady growth and confidence.
